Excellent combination of ingredients, works great for me
As with all supplements, you have to decide whether the ingredients are right for you. I am regularly taking probiotics, but this was the first product to promise release of gas and bloating, and I decided to give it a try.The jar comes fully sealed, inside and out with tamper-evident seals; has a convenient wide opening. Excellent quality packaging to give you a peace of mind that your product hasn’t been tampered with. The pills (gelcaps) are regular size and are easy to swallow with just water. There is no scent, taste or aftertaste, and I did not notice any side effects. You only have to take one, so a relatively easy addition to your regular supplement routine. You also don’t have to take these all the time: I take these only when I know my meal will contain gas-producing foods, such as broccoli. So I’ve taken maybe three or four pills so far, and they work great. Mind you, effects are different for everyone, so my effects may not be the same as yours.Not sure what is the mechanism behind it – maybe bacteria help break up the food – but the effect is very quick. Once I realize how they work, I started just taking them with gas-producing meals. What happens is you still have gas, but it moves very quickly down the digestive tract, so you don’t have that painful bloating bothering you. You do have an urge to relieve yourself, but it’s not bothersome, and you easily pass gas that would have been hurting the stomach otherwise. I’d say, that desire to relieve myself of gas comes within about two hours after a meal – no other effects – and I can now plan for it.Great price for a month’s supply – just about 50 cents a pill – and since if it works, it’s well worth it. Great value for the result.

Apart of my daily routine
I’ve been really happy with this supplement. It helped reduce bloating and made my stomach feel more comfortable after meals. The delayed-release capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that they’re vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. It took about a week of consistent use to notice a difference, but it’s now part of my daily routine.

Not bad but I expected more relief.
I’ve taken countless forms of probiotics throughout the last few years and they’re a product I really enjoy reviewing because it’s something I can identify with immediately (within a day or two) as to whether it’s actually working.I’ve had issues on/off with my GI being sensitive and even had bouts of colitis a few years back. I’ve consumed slippery elm, aloe vera, and countless other natural remedies in addition to pills.As for the reduction of a star from this review, it’s because I didn’t notice a big difference with bloating. I do believe this is a high quality supplement that’s worth a shot, if you’re experiencing bloating or similar, less stomach issues… but for myself, I expected to feel more relief in times I truly feel bloated.They all arrived fresh and digested with no issues or side effects. Simple to swallow and there’s no concern with quality of packaging, freshness, etc.To be fair, I could be experiencing my evening bloat from water retention/catching back up on my liquids after working all day in the sun and if that’s the case, perhaps the bloating isn’t from digestion and these pills would affect that to begin with.All that said, I do think they’re worth a shot at the current price.

After using this bloat and metabolism supplement for a few weeks, I can say it’s a good product! It arrived quickly and well packaged. The capsules are standard size capsules and easy to swallow. They seem to be very effective and keeping bloat down and helping my metabolism stay active. They are easy to digest and do not have any negative side effects that I have noticed! There’s no discernible taste or odor. All around I think it’s a good supplement and seems to be made of quality ingredients!

I wanted to give these capsules several days usage first before offering up my review.Likes:1. Capsule size.I like the smaller size capsules. It really makes a difference when you take several pills per day. After a few pills, you get tired of taking them.2. Easy to swallow.I’ve been experiencing difficulties swallowing capsules lately. The are sticking to the roof of my mouth, my tongue and the back of my throat. I haven’t experienced this problem with this brand/product.3. Single dosage consists of just 1 pill. PerfectDislikes:1. Didn’t notice a significant difference at all. I actually felt fuller. I experienced a slight cramping about 20 minutes after taking this product.I dismissed this the first day. But I experienced it again the second day as well. By the 3rd day, the bloating had not subsided. So, I can’t say that I would use these specifically for bloating. I am aware that specific strains should be identified to get the best results when combating bloating. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work for me.

Kept me regular!
I had been taking a different brand of probiotics and was curious to try Natures Truth because it is a delayed release capsule intended to help with bloat and metabolism. I did not notice any major difference between the previous probiotic I was taking. The serving is one capsule, and the capsule is a bit bigger than the previous capsule I had been taking, but that was not a problem. Overall, the product worked great as my previous product had been working. I was very regular and had limited episodes of bloating. I’m not sure what benefit it has to metabolism as I didn’t change weight throughout the month when I used it, but I would use this again.It was easy to take, a reliable brand and a good value for the money.

Clean Probiotics to help decrease bloating and gas.
I like the fact that this product contains 27 high-quality probiotic strains. Bloating, gas and discomfort seem to increase with age so this is a product I am hoping will be effective.Expiration date is March 2028. It is clearly stamped on the bottom of the container. Oddly, it’s in yellow ink rather than black, but it is quite legible.There is one quite annoying feature of this product. It comes in a tall container but the capsules only fill about 20% of the bottle. The capsules are quite small for a supplement, which is a nice feature, and they look quite lonely at the bottom of the container. I have limited space in my cabinet for supplements and resent having to fit in large bottles that only contain a few capsules. Doesn’t seem like a good marketing strategy.However, thee product itself seems fine and I am looking forward to using it and hoping for some good results.
