    It has solved my constipation problems after trying Linzess and Moriarity which are very expensive!

    After years of seeing a gastroenterologist, I watched a recommended UTUBE video on constipation and lo and behold the Magnesiumtablets were recommended and have totally solvedmy constipation and my brother’s! The copay on The Linzess was over $110; Moriarity also and they did not work!! It has been an eye opener for me! You can’t rely solely on doctors. You need to do research if your doctor’s prescriptions don’t work.And ……these are way cheaper and work!

    Magnesium oxide is probably the most difficult form of magnesium for the body to absorb but what I buy magnesium oxide for is to have regular bowel movements. It causes the intestinal tract to absorb extra water which helps move the excrement through and out.I take magnesium glycinate capsules For actual Magnesium Supplementation absorption And I just started Concentrates ionic Minerals Again.
