I will be honest, I know that I’m supposed to take magnesium but there seems to be so many choices in the market. I’ve tried other gummies before for magnesium and I wasn’t sure if they were actually working. Ever since I changed over to this magnesium, I’ve noticed that I get relaxed after 30 minutes or so after consumption.

my favorite supplements EVER! i’m addicted to these as if they were candy lol honestly most of nature’s truth gummies taste so good! best tasting supplements for sure! as an ADHD girly who also tries to be healthy and struggles with taking vitamins consistently – i find i get a dopamine/reward hit from the sweet taste which makes me want to continue taking them daily!

Very good product
I’m very particular about my supplements. What works well for me because I am hypersensitive. The taste is great maybe a little sugary for some people but it does the trick that I need when you take magnesium citrate you need to get the right amount so there’s a little bit of experimentation in the beginning. 200 works great for me sometimes just 150 is better so I simply bite it in half and determine what I need but I gotta say this makes my body feel great, takes the stress away, helps my joints and my pain and basically just feels great the next day no hangover, but I am a little too calm sometimes now.

these used to have a nice taste and texture and now they have totally made them weird. it says “improved flavor” and the flavor is gone. why can’t they leave things alone.
