    found a new use for this and it’s great

    I take psyllium fiber every morning and I don’t want the orange stuff that is sold commercially. So I buy powdered fiber and just add water. It’s not great. But quite by accident I bought this to put in my morning protein drink and found it had a far better purpose. I put a tsp and a 1/2 of psyllium powder in a glass and add 1/2 to 1 tsp of this, then add 1/4 C. of water and stir well. Now it actually tastes great!! I’ll be buying this for forever. 1 small bottle lasts a long time.

    This most works. I can feel changes with my nails and my skin has a slightly different texture.When I take this consistently, it has like little glow to it. But the product itself doesn’t taste that great.It has a artificial taste to it. However, the bottle is trash. You’re constantly spilling the product every time you take it. I used to pour it in the lid and take a specified amount it makes a complete mess. Even when you pour it in the spoon, it still makes a mess.They need a better bottle, it’s terrible.

    This product is very popular. I doubt I would order this brand again, only because it took 2 weeks. Probably order another brand.
