However, the big con is that you have to take a 5-pill dosage. That’s right. Five pills per serving. Some may prefer to mix and drink creatine over taking 5 pills, which may be a tough pill to swallow, so to speak. Serving size for 5g is 5 caps a day ?
In doing my research, it seems as though women my age need about 5g a day, and I was looking for capsule form and I saw this one and I shared it with a girl today at sprouts she was looking for creatine too, but then when we looked at it, it was five capsules per day, so each capsule only has a gram?? so 60 capsules would only last me like 12 days?! . It was a bummer. I really thought this was the one I’m gonna keep looking.

This is the first time I’ve tried adding creatine to my supplements so I was not sure what to expect. Based on the description, I was expecting each capsule to be 5 G but the serving size is 5 capsules! Not only is that a lot, in my opinion, for one serving, but the capsule are very large so they are not easy to swallow.I opted for taking these once every morning and did not notice any taste. Easy to add to your daily routine this way, but there was an option to load/bulk if you wanted to. I’m not a super heavy lifter so I opted out of that option. There was a noticeable increase in my weight when I started using them which was an unexpectedside effect. Apparently, this is normal because creatine helps retain water for better muscle recovery. This means hydration is extra important if taking this supplement! I was drinking water like a fish!I do love that the muscle soreness has been pretty much nonexistent since I started using these supplements. I was very impressed. I feel like the value for money may be worth it if using only once a day but if you are a heavy lifter, these would run out fairly quickly.
