Big Fan of CoQ-10, Natures Truth has been around awhile, a littler pricey.
Heart health is paramount and in my research CoQ-10 has been found to be an amazing benefit to promoting a healthy heart. This is 200mg which is a solid dose , NON GMO and Gluten free and also contained a small amount of black pepper extract for absorption. I dinged this a star because the company does not state where this is made, or whether it is Third party tested. $33.99 is a little high for a 92 day supply, they should state if this is third party tested which woukld make the price reasonable.NOTE: My VINE review of supplements reflect my Research, First Hand Experience and consultation with my physician. The FDA has not reviewed or commented on these supplements. Some come with age and health advisories and you should ALWAYS consult a health professional before using any supplement.

Good supplement
A good supplement to add to one’s diet for good heart health. A small, easily swallowed pill. Smooth and has a soft outer layer. And a medium sized, oval pill. Glad this is not a hard, horse pill. Also, doesn’t have a weird odor which I found with another brand. Regular use will tell on benefits and I’ve only just started it a couple of days ago. No issues with digesting this.

This seems to be a good quality CoQ10 so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is goodI haven’t had any problem taking these, but I’m only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I’ll revise my review accordingly.

Seems to be a good CoQ-10 supplement
I’ve been taking this CoQ-10 supplement (one softgel) every other day for about a month and I’ve suffered no detectable ill effects or issues. As far as detectable positive effects, I can’t say that I’ve noticed anything, but supplements like this are more for long term health.I think this is a little expensive for ordinary CoQ-10 with black pepper extract. If you shop carefully, you can get the superior, active form of CoQ-10, which is called (Kaneka) Ubiquinol for the same or less per serving.

High density Co-Q10
I’ve been taking Co-Q10 pretty regularly for over a year and I can’t tell for sure if it’s had a direct impact, but I’m definitely feeling healthier than in the past. Co-Q10 is an enzyme that the body naturally makes endogenously, but you can supplement with exogenous pills like this to make up for diminished production that happens with age. Each pill in this is the max recommended dose for general health and many health conditions, which makes this a very cost-effective product. The small softgels are easy to consume and the black pepper extract, which is a good supplement in its own rite helps absorption, evidently.Note: I usually take a pic with a serving size, but I have two pills in here which is double the serving size and too much really, at least for a daily supplement.

CoQ10 is a must for me
I take CoQ10 on a daily basis because I take a Statin pill.The Nature’s Truth CoQ10 200 MG works very well.I also appreciate that the ingredients list is short and contains easily identifiable items. I feel like that is important to me.The pills are fairly small and easy to swallow. There does not seem to be any aftertaste.These CoQ10 pills were a fantastic value! I have paid so much for other brands at the drug store.I would highly recommend these CoQ10 pills!

Convenient and Easy to Swallow Supplement
This is a good value to purchase your supplements in bulk. It was easy to use and a good quality supplement. I like the shape of these soft gels, as pictured. They are far easier to swallow than regular capsules. The color was correct and not faded. There was no negative taste. While the supplement should be good for bodily repair, I cannot speak to the quality of adhesion. It is a good supplement.
