    I bought these to help with sugar control but found I’m allergic to them and made me nauseous….

    Good product

    I bought the Ceylon cinnamon because it has so many health benefits. I was shocked to learn that the cinnamon that you buy off the shelves in grocery stores is not real cinnamon. This is the real thing

    Insulin resistance

    For insulin resistance this is great for keeping blood sugar down! But you need to take a break( no cinnamon) for one or two days a week. ( so says the med research)to keep it working.This, as with all OTC, vitamins, minerals, herbs and spices should be discussed with your healthcare provider prior to use.
