I’m not sure if these make a difference or not but i’m trying up my iron intake and as much as think and plan to get out there an make some liver and onions like my mom used to make.It unfortunately has yet to happen. I can’t help it I get intimadated and grossed out by the texture of the raw organ. Finding and taking these supplements cuts out all the drama. I’m hoping over time i’ll feel a difference

It took some digging but I was able to verify this is a US company with NSF.org certification for their products. (You can verify this by looking for Piping Rock Health Products Inc. DBA Nature’s Truth.). Be aware there are MANY fake products sold, using the GMP or NSF logos when they are not certified, so it’s very important we look this up to verify (and report the fakes!).I opened the large container and was surprised it is much larger than the space required for the pill count, but the label came off easily so I’ll find some additional use for the container rather than a landfill, after I use all 120 pills.When I cracked open one of the capsules, both of my dogs came over, sniffing furiously – so I tasted the powder, even though I’ve never liked the taste of liver – yes, it is legit!I took a serving with my meal & sprinkled the open capsule over my dog’s food, much to their delight! I had no adverse reaction to these beef organ complex pills and may continue to share these with my pups because the health benefits of adding something like this is very well clinically researched.I also called the company and had no wait time to speak with a real person. She was very thorough in attempting to answer my questions. I will look into additional products from this company and highly recommend more people look into the legitimacy of all the health products so easily available.

I typically do not request supplements because it is hard to know what you will get, but we consider Nature’s Truth a trustworthy brand and use several products of theirs. We live a mostly carnivore lifestyle because, now that we are in our 50s, it seems to be what our body wants to keep us healthy. However, it can be difficult some days to hit your protein goals so that you are getting all of your important vitamins and minerals.This gives you a great mixture of 650 mg of Beef organs which supply iron, vitamin B, zinc, CoQ10, vitamin A and more.I have a Soy allergy and have Celiac disease so it is important to me that this brand is free of those. The other thing I love is 120 capsules is REALLY 4 months of doses (or 2 months for a couple). So many brands give you a lot of capsules but then say to take it 3 times a day. This is 1 capsule per adult per day!! They are an easy size to swallow.Overall, I do recommend. Nature’s Truth is a great brand.

I had read that organ supplements could be helpful for perimenopause so I’ve been wanting to try them. I feel confident knowing that this is a trusted brand and that they are third party tested. Also impressed that the bottle comes with 2 safety seals; one on the outside and one on the top of the bottle when you open it. They are an average sized capsule that is easy to swallow. So far so good, no adverse effects for me. They have kind of a barnyard smell when I sniff the bottle, lol, but it’s not super strong that it’s bothersome when I take them. Overall a really good value for a 4 month supply.
