Great supplement
I am chronically vitamin B deficient but these tabs keep my levels up. I love that it also has folic acid in it as my normal multivitamin doesn’t have enough. These tabs are easily to take, they melt and dissolve easily under the tongue. They also taste better than most other brands of B12. Great quality and value.

Important supplement but new bottle design sucks
Been taking these a few years and recently they redesigned the bottle and cap. Who thought this was a good idea? The plastic label slides off and turns while you turn the cap which makes it difficult to open. The old design had a flip open cap. This aggravation is enough to make me find another brand.

5 stars for the tablets themselves, they do their job of keeping my B12 in normal range. They are easy to swallow and taste good if you chew them. 😊I took off one star for the packaging, it would just be a half star but I couldn’t do that. First, it’s a giant bottle for 60 tabs. Second thing is an accessibility issue as someone with unreliable hand control- the branding wrapper on the bottle makes it almost impossible to get a good grip to be able to unscrew the lid… it’s super slippery and I about tossed the bottle across the room trying to open it. 😬Photo description: showing the product after attempting to open and the wrapper is half off the bottle.
