I do have problems swallowing so, for me, these could be made smaller. Have crushed these and taken with water. OK so far.

I purchased it together with iodine – these are large in size and natural. I take 3 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Its important to drink lots of water – 3 litters a day. I became a distributor for this company when I discovered how good Natures Sunshine Vitamin C was. I did the distributor just to get discount on my vitamins years ago. I’m no longer a distributor since I can buy them here on Amazon at same price. These do not give me acid stomach because they are time released. I will say they are a large pill.
