I’ve been using this colon cleanse and digestive health supplement off and on for about 5 years. Not a daily use but probably weekly or periodically. It’s great for traveling to stay regular while away from home, especially with long distance or international flights. Great value and highly recommend for semi regular use. The 275 tablet size can easily last you 12-18 months.
