These things are delicious. I would buy them as candy. They are that sweet. Honestly I would prefer less sweet and candy-like. Pretty expensive for what amounts to a month supply. Can’t say I’ll be buying them often, as there is much cheaper ways to get soluble fiber without all the sweetness. But they are perfect for bringing on the road for some travel sized fiber.I love the ingredients are all natural from vegetable-derived sources. Chicory root is the first ingredient (sugar is the second). Super easy to use, just pop them in your mouth and chew. Good consistency, very easy to chew. Not like hard gummy worms, more like gum drops. Not the most effective at 18% soluble only fiber per serving (3 pieces).

Alright, I need to be clear: While I am giving this full marks, I’m giving it full marks for being what it claims to be.This is three sugary gummies giving you 3g of sugar with your 5g of dietary fiber. They are fine for what they are, and I understand some people prefer gummies over other ways of taking supplements.They taste fine. They’re sweet, but not excessively so. The texture is fine, you’re eating a chewy gummy. They’re easy to eat, and your biggest complaint trying to take three out in the morning is that they might stick together enough that it’s might take you a little bit of time to take out three.Mine show as “BEST BY:03/2028” clearly printed on the bottom, which is plenty of time to take these and I appreciate that being clearly marked.The main fiber ingredient here is chicory root, which is good because it includes inulin, a soluble prebiotic fiber that is fermented by beneficial gut bacteria. Ingredients wise, I like this. Unless you’re looking for a sugar free alternative, it seems fine as a fiber gummy.Now, value for money, this might be a little harder to endorse. It’s only 60 gummies, and a serving is 3 gummies, so you are looking at a 20 day supply here. If you think this is a good way to get your fiber and the price works for you, I recommend these. If you want to get your fiber in a more affordable way, there are less expensive options out there, including changing what foods you consume over the course of your day.All-in-all, this seems like a good product that is what it says it is, so I’m giving it full marks.
