I wasn’t sure what to write at first. I bought 4 bottles, 2 for me and 2 for my daughter. She doesn’t seem to be seeing any difference in her hair after the first bottle and a half. At first I didn’t think I was seeing much of a difference either until it hit me that my hair has changed remarkably. It’s not as thin looking as it was, especially in the front. My hair just seems to feel and look fuller. I have noticed some growth. They taste great.

I’m a 4c hair texture girlie, and this stuff works!!! I took this vitamin for 1 month straight combined with keeping my hair in medium/jumbo braids. Washing my hair every two weeks, and deep conditioning with Aunt Jackie’s. I also used main choice growth oil during the day, and African best peppermint oil at night because of the strong peppermint smell. My hair has grown from ear length to chin length!! I purposely cut a strand to see progress and this vitamin has definitely contributed to my hair growing strong from the root while maintaining moisture and elasticity. In addition I haven’t experienced any skin or other health reactions to taking this vitamin. Especially being that I have very sensitive skin so that’s another plus. Get this you will not regret it.
