    My skin feels better and less breakouts

    I used to take 30mg but I switched recently to 50 mg. My skin feels better and less breakouts.I recommend it to acne prone skin and I take Vitamin C 2000mg as well.

    Not capsules

    I though the product was capsules as this was the suggested item when the smaller bottle was out of stock. I would not have ordered otherwise

    they are tablets not capsules and could not use or return

    view when bought did not know they were tablets. a waste of mu money as I could not use, the nature’s life vegetarian capsule is what i thought i was getting.

    I disliked the pill form I have never had to look that closely before I usually get it in capsule form.

    Tablets not scored and don’t split well

    I bought this intending to split the tablets and take a half each day because 50mg is probably too much zinc to be taking daily. I found that the tablets don’t split very well. I’ll still use the product as I am a cheapskate and don’t think there is any other problem with the product.
