    I would not recomend this product. First of all the capsules had a smell to them which made them hard to take, and after finishing the entire bottle I see no results. I also tried to contact the company who makes this product, asking them why their product says to take with food, when all of the other collagen products say to take on a empty stomach. I received no response, that should tell you this is a company you do not want to do business with. The fault is with the company Natures Life not Amazon.

    I have taken these vitamins for about 3 months. I normally get them at my local VitaminShoppe but just purchased from Amazon for the first time. The pills look, taste and smell the same so I have no complaints.After taking the pills for a couple of weeks, I notice brighter, clearer skin. I will take these for a full year before deciding if they are a staple.

    I only took one capsule of this once a day and after two weeks of taking it, I got a lot of new hair growth and shinier hair, nails got stronger and healthier, noticed longer eyelashes and glowing skin. Definitely, a very effective Collagen but I didn’t like how it gave me a real bad headache that I experienced for a week of taking it. I called the company, the agent told me that its made of wild caught Alaskan fish and you have to take it with food so to avoid nauseated. And she said the headache is a reaction to your body when its new to your system that eventually will go away just like my experience. The bad headache scared me but I still recommend because its a high quality Collagen. My experience maybe different from yours. You may not experience the bad headache it did to me. I’m still thinking of re-purchasing, its the most effective Collagen I’ve ever taken..Hope that this company will continue to sell it for a reasonable price so I can re purchase and make it my beauty staple..P.S. I have two favorite marine Collagen, The Youtheory and this Nature’s Life brand, I prefer this brand because its made of wild caught fish while the Youtheory is from farmed Tilapia…I like them both but I decided to stick with this one.

    So much NAUSIA !!

    Bought these to try because they seemed very economical however they make me so nautious !!! I take them with food and I’m feeling the nausia all the next day . It took me a couple weeks to realize it was these supplements . Total bummer .

    Neutral: no side effects, but not sure it’s improved anything either.

    Have taken intermittently over the years, never consistently. I do not get the headache or nausea others report. Also not sure it’s done anything for my skin or joints (taking it more for joints and tendons). Before re-ordering, I’ll be looking up on Consumer Lab dot com to see if they analyzed this brand for quality.
