    Love This Product

    It took almost a year but I finally found it. It used to be sold in a different bottle under different labeling but it taste the same as before (just my opinion). I don’t take much because I don’t want to relax too much. I really enjoy the product.

    This is really a good product.

    I have been using this product for years. I take it just before going to bed and the magnesium in it helps me sleep. I’m in my 60’s and feel like I need to take calcium to keep my bones healthy and I seem to do much better with a liquid rather than a tablet.

    Bottle is extremely heavy, I have issues with heavy things.

    I am sure it’s good have not tried yet, don’t know how to handle heavy bottle, will probably pour in plastic bottle to handle. Giving 2 stars because of bottle being to heavy only, not the product inside bottle.

    Helps sleep and nightmares

    Been using this with my son for years now. If I give it to him every night before bed he doesn’t have nightmares. If I forget more than 3 nights in a row he starts having terrible nightmares again.
