Manufactured in USA following strict GMP standards. The cost may seem a bit on the high side, but it’s comparable if I purchase all three items separately. And if I need, I can take only 1 or 2 capsules per day to make this fit in my budget.My doctor has recommended cranberry in the past and has recently suggested taking D-Mannose as the latest helpful addition to help my urinary tract health.     High quality, highly effective, support for a healthy urinary tract, 3 capsules to a serving. 90 capsules to a bottle means a 30 day supply, if taking regularly for preventative purposes. I understand that that in the case of d-mannose, it can be taken in a preventive manner, meaning on a regular basis, or it can be used heavily, with several or more servings per day,for a day or two, to knock out an issue that may arise suddenly, at least that’s the case when you’re talking e-coli based issues, which I understand is the issue 90% of the time, with the other 10% of possibilities being where d-mannose will not help. D-mannose is the ingredient I trust most here and then you have the branded form of cranberry extract, which it being a branded form really says a lot to me, because it tends to mean extreme consistency and potency, from batch to batch, and a company’s reputation rides on it being just that, so all things equal, the branded form of any key ingredient is a big deal in my book. This product is made in the USA which I would not have any interest if it were made elsewhere, and furthermore, this manufacturing company has gone the extra mile with a 3rd party validation process to where the quality control standards are higher than manufacturers without such certification, it ensures every part of the production process is double and triple checked and makes it nearly impossible to fall short in any given quality area, from what I understand. Great product.

    Quality product. Not thrilled about green tea caffeine

    I really liked this product! Quality brand, good value for money, no taste or smell, was effective and size made it easy to swallow. I will say because of the green tea extract, take in the morning due to the caffeine. i prefer to take Urinary support supplements at night, so I won’t be re-ordering due to the green tea.

    If you’ve ever had a UTI, you know how important mannose and cranberry are to help get you through the pain. What I’ve found is that products like UrinaGuard are also great to help prevent those UTI’s from ever happening in the first place. This supplement uses high quality ingredients, and makes for an effective and easy to use way to treat yourself well. These capsules are small enough to make them easy to swallow with a good swig of water. Compared to other supplements on the market these are well priced, and far cheaper than you’d find at your local health store.

    I wish they had more D-Mannose in them

    I am never without D-Mannose in my medicine cabinet! I will run out of multivitamins before I run out of D-Mannose. It doesn’t always work for me, but I do find it better to err on the side of caution and take it. These pills are interesting in that they also include cranberry (which I’ve seen before) and green tea (which I haven’t seen before). The pills are large but they are easy for me to swallow. The quality seems good. I think they could be a better value. They are $28.99 at the time of this review for only 30 servings (three pills per serving). In addition, I personally would have wanted the amount of D-Mannose to be at least 1500 mg and ideally 2000 mg, but these contain only 1000 mg per serving. I will continue taking these and appreciate the added bonuses of cranberry and green tea, but for my next bottle I will likely look elsewhere.

    Nice list of ingredients

    I appreciate that this is made in the US in a plant with all those quality certifications. Am recovering from a bad kidney infection that put me in the hospital for a few days, strong antibiotics for months, and formed two large stones that had to be removed by surgery. My surgeon stressed the need of avoiding any UTIs to prevent future stones, and I certainly don’t want to go through that again. Among other things, he advised taking DMannose every day. I was also taking a cranberry supplement, so it’s nice this is already included. And Lord knows green tea is super healthy for lots of reasons, but I don’t drink it like I should as it tastes like grass clippings. Having it included is a nice bonus.
