Good value, and seems to be an authentic product.
NMN is great for brain function, in my opinion. I can’t speak to anti-aging or any clinical changes in my system due to taking this brand of NMN, but I can say that it has not caused any stomach upset or intestinal complaints, no headache. It is easy to swallow with no obvious taste or smell that makes the capsule difficult to take.I will update this review if I have anything to add, other than I do think that I feel more focused, perhaps have more endurance for longer engagement periods in my work activities. More tenacity perhaps.According to the packaging, this blend of NMN Quercetin phytosome and black pepper, boosts metabolism of the NMN, which may be true since I do believe that I notice results already after using the product for only a short time. I am sensitive and do tend to notice whether a product is working, is doing nothing noticeable, or if I have symptoms or complaints. Lab Tested NMN Blend
This seems to be a good quality NMN blend so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price is HIGH, even for NMN (only 150mg per capsule)- 3rd Party lab tested with COA postedI haven’t had any problem taking these and they seem to be quit good quality, but I’m only giving 4 stars since the price is significantly higher than similar NMN products.**My only cautionary note is regarding the inclusion of Black Pepper Extract / Piperine. If you take ANY other supplements with Piperine included, be very, very careful you do not exceed 15-20mg of Piperine a day. There’s been a big bandwagon of supplement makers including Piperine in their products to “increase absorption.” But this added Piperine everywhere causes a potentially harmful cumulative effect. If everyone puts this in their products, you end up getting far too much daily Piperine cumulatively (which should never exceed more than 15-20mg a day). Secondly, Piperine is *not* necessarily healthy, only GRAS (generally recognized as safe). It actually irritates the stomach and destroys gastric epithelial cells, and it’s a potent gut irritant potentially causing gut permeability, even in smaller doses. Piperine also causes a potentially dangerous increase in calcium concentration. And despite being touted for its ability to increase bioavailability, it actually *reduces* absorption of Beta-carotene and Vitamin E and can cause a loss of potassium. This is really NOT something that should be added to ANY supplements. It should be left to the consumer to buy and take separately if they want to try it. So if you use any supps with added Piperine (like these capsules), keep a very close eye on your total daily Piperine intake and try to keep it under 20mg a day.

Currently, our best prospect of slowing aging
I have been following Harvard professor Dr. David Sinclair’s work now for about 8 years. If you are new to NMN, your best place to start is probably by reading his work or watching his videos. Simply put, by the research NMN is currently the best option we have to slow aging and in some aspects even reverse it. Truly, the holy grail of medicine. The addition of Quercetin in this supplement is nice and in itself has some anti-aging benefits but NMN is the main focus for me. The black pepper addition is being used in many supplements now simply because it has been shown to improve absorption. I have been taking 300mg a day of NMN for the past two years now. No real side effects to speak of and while its a supplement that shows results over years vs days it is part of me living the healthiest life I can. The one thing I will say I have noticed since taking NMN is that I sleep better and feel more rested in the mornings (and often have vivid dreams at night for what its worth.) To sum up, this twin pack is a good bargain with a good list of ingredients.

99% Pure and Third Party Tested !
I like the proof of the ingredients with them showing their COA (certificate of analysis). Thats one of the big reasons I am glad I got this. I really like taking NMN for the NAD it creates that provides me an energy boost. NAD is actually involved in every metabolic conversion our body does ,, so yes its real important. A lack of it ( which happens as we get older) equates to many health issues. I personally like to stack my NAD with Apigenin which inhibits the enzyme CD38 from consuming it. This insures a very healthy homocysteine level as well. As far the Quercetin goes that’s an added bonus as its a wonderful senolytic that I like to use with Fisetin. It helps with autophagy that gets rid of unhealthy and damaged cells thus allowing new strong ones to form. Quercetin is especially beneficial to your lungs. And the black pepper helps with the bioavailability. That means you get more of it doing it’s job.So this is the way all supplements should be made IMHO. We have third party tested, a COA provided, and manufactured in the USA in a FDA registered facility. Thats all 5 stars no doubt. Plus its an abundant serving of 300 mgs with 2 caps. I had no sides taking this other than more energy. Hope this was helpful.

Capsules Inconsistently Filled
NMN is supposed to help build NAD+ levels and slow cellular aging. I like that this product has third party lab certification for impurities and that there are no fillers in the capsules. It also contains quercetin, which is excellent for the immune system, and black pepper to enhance absorption.So far, I have had no ill effects from taking these, however, it will take a few months to realize any true benefits.My issue is with the packaging and capsules. The packaging is a clear bottle with a label. Light is not a friend to any supplements. It should be in an opaque bottle. The capsules are also inconsistently filled. Some are as little as half filled, and some are filled all the way. This is not acceptable. It wouldn’t be acceptable for an expensive supplement, and it’s especially not acceptable for a supplement at this price point. This company does have a forever guarantee, and that would work in this situation, but it would be an unnecessary expenditure of time and energy.

I consume NMN supplements as part of my anti-aging/longevity regimen. Included in my program is Quercetin with Bromelain (Bromelain acts synergistically, boosting the bio-absorption of Quercetin). So, I do like that this supplement offers some Quercetin Phytosome (Quercetin combined with phospholipids from Sunflower; Quercetin absorption boosted when ingested with some fats/lipids, and Sunflower lipids being a healthy element).The suggested serving size is 2 capsules, which yields 300mg NMN and 25mg Quercetin Phytosome. This is an ample dose of NMN. Each bottle then contains 30 servings, with the 2 pack supplying 60 servings (total 120 capsules).With 12.5mg Quercetin Phytomoe per capsule, which is a complex of 5mg Quercetin combined with Sunflower phospholipids (the phospholipids enhances the bioavailability and bioabsorption of the Quercetin). 2.5mg of Black Pepper Extract per capsule, standardized to 95% Peperine is included to facilitate bioavailability and bio-absorption of NMN and the Quercetin Phytosome.The product details states: “3rd party Lab Tested in the USA: We have our own FDA registered Food-Grade facility in the USA. All our products are 3rd-Party tested to guarantee purity.” This is a very impressive statement. I searched the product label for 3rd Party Lab Tested and FDA registered facility and couldn’t find any badge or text regarding this aspect. It does have GMP certification, though. The GMP, Good Manufacturing Practice, does satisfy quality assurance concerns, checking off an important box.Additionally, I appreciate that they show their Certificate of Analysis in the product details.At a cost of $85, it is a bit pricey for the product niche. It’s a bit more expensive than some name brand NMN supplement, albeit without the Quercetin Phytosome. However, in consideration as a NMN supplement, and with only 12.5mg Quercetin Phytosome (5mg Quercetin), the comparison only regards the NMN aspect. (So, for example, one bottle with same 300mg NMN, 30 serving/60 capsules, for $32.67 – $36.30: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07N8HWDMP/)Based on these observations, I do find this to be an impressive NMN supplement, offering and additional Quercetin Phytosome and Peperine.
