I have read that the B complex vitamins work best when taken together. Some friends take B12 alone, but dont get the full benefit without the others together. This brand offers them all in good doses. I have recomended these for my whole family.

Trying these for the first time. I really hope these give me the right amount of B Vitamins that my body needs. The expiration is in 2028 for both bottles. Both are also sealed. Contrary to other’s opinion on the scent of these vitamins, I think the scent is manageable as it’s not too strong and not too pungent. Very easy to swallow.
