I use these to improve my sleep and sleep quality. I think it’s been working. I’ve been using for a little over a month now. The taste isn’t bad at all, some pieces taste better than others even from the same jar. It’s not meant to taste like candy, but it’s still good. The price isn’t awful either. For the proper dosage/serving size it’s TWO gummies. So keep that in mind when looking at price vs quantity of gummies – you’ll go through them quicker. Overall it’s a good product that I’ll continue to take and buy from this brand and seller on Amazon.

I didn’t feel like this Magnesium supplement worked as well as the one I had before, but better than nothing. Also, they taste awful. I would not recommend.
