This Is A GREAT Source of Iron
If you are looking for an Iron supplement, look no further. This product is “Gentle Iron”. I assume Gentle means that it is Gentle on the stomach… which it is. Never developed constipation as others warned. I just think that this supplement is grand… but do make sure that when you order it you receive (3) Three bottles of 90 capsules. Someone at Amazon shipping missed that it is a pack of 3 bottles. They ripped one bottle from the pack of 3 and promptly shipped it to me… VERY Disappointing…. needless to say I filed a return because “Parts Were Missing”. The single bottle is shipping back tomorrow and the pack of 3 hopefully will show up soon… But seriously I believe that it is a good product, just make sure that you get what you paid for (3) bottles.

Works great and the 28mg each capsule is more customizable
Three out of six of us in our household must take iron supplements in order to stay out of anemia range. We prefer this particular supplement because most come with 60+ mg iron which, taking that much iron at once, for many, causes constipation and other issues. This supplement is great because each Capsule contains 28 mg iron as well as vitamin C, folate, & B12, the other nutrients necessary for maximum iron absorption. So, we can take one, two, or three per day and they do not have to be taken at the same time. This alleviates constipation. In addition, iron is best absorbed taken 4-6 hours (or longer) away from taking calcium or magnesium supplements, so it’s easy to schedule when to take these and how far apart. We’ve been using Nature’s Bounty gentle iron for a few months now and are very happy with it; I will continue to use this brand & 28mg iron dosage.

This is the one for me!
I have a sensitive stomach. The other iron pills gave me side effects. These don’t. They are easy to swallow and don’t give me any problems. They are a good buy. I will continue to purchase these.
