    Nature’s Bounty B-12 Sublingual

    Back in 2013, my B-12 and Vitamin D were very low. For many years, I had already been seeing a Endocrinologist. Treatment, I was told to take B-12 1000 mg only in sublingual form and Vitamin D 5000IU. Take both daily and return for follow-up blood work in a few months. When I asked what brand to take my doctor told me to try a few different ones. As long as it was in sublingual form my B-12 level would build back up. It took me doing my own research with trial and error. A few brands made me feel worse along with leaving a nasty taste in my mouth. I had an allergic reaction to another brand that I purchased through an organic store. I was just about to give up when I came across an advertisement for a different Vitamin through Nature’s Bounty. I searched for B-12 Sublingual on their web site and read all bout the ingredients. Also, I was able to search for local businesses in my area who carried their products. I purchased my first bottle of Nature’s Bounty B-12 and Nature’s Bounty Vitamin D from CVS. Within a few months, my blood test showed my B-12 and Vitamin D levels were back to normal. No side effects, no allergic reactions, no bad taste left in my mouth, and I love the Cherry flavor. Thank you, Nature’s Bounty for saving my life!!!
