Good supplement at an affordable price
This was one of the best prices I could find for this strength of Niacin. It is not the non-flush variety and I had to titrate myself from only 1/4 of tablet, or 125 mg and build up over a few weeks until I could tolerate the entire 500 mg tablet without the flush. I find that the Niacin is effective in curbing anxiety and depression and insomnia. I’ll buy this item again!

Good full-flush niacin tablets, just as described/shown.
Just as described/shown!NOTE: these are full-flush niacin tablets (which is what I wanted). If you want the no flush kind this is not them! I’m building back up my tolerance to the “flush”, so currently I cut these in half, and am gradually adding a bit more as I go.
