I’m not sure if it’s doing anything to be honest. I know this is a quality product because the main ingredient is a patented product so that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. But I was just looking to have a little bit of a metabolic boost because I don’t need to lose weight but I was just looking to maintain my weight easier without having to try so hard. I am lean but if you know anything about dieting, the leaner you are, the harder it is even just to maintain what you have. I didn’t notice anything with my metabolism which is disappointing. Maybe I need to get another bottle and try for longer but this is only a month supply.

As this is a weight management supplement that takes time to show results, I’ll be updating my review as I continue taking it.Presentation:The bottle arrived without a box and a label placed over the directions. I would much prefer the company to place the bottle in a box since a bar code label is necessary. It was difficult to find the instructions on the website so an alternative is definitely needed. On the website it states to take 1 pill in the morning, and 1 in the evening is an option. It doesn’t state whether or not to take with food so I had to search elsewhere to find that you should take it with food to prevent stomach upset. Lastly, the purplish-red capsules are small and odorless, making them easy to swallow.Overall, I do like the pills so far but we’ll have to wait and see if they help with my weight loss. At the subscribe and save cost of $24.99 per bottle of 60 capsules, I think the price is very reasonable.
