Really good Magnesium with D3 K2
I appreciate the simplicity of having a magnesium supplement that is rich in the ingredients I need for a restful sleep. This doesn’t knock me out, but relaxes me gradually, helping me to sleep calmly. I wake rested in the morning. The flavor doesn’t have an artificial taste and is clean. I especially like that it has Vit D3 and K2 for my bone health. The capsules are vegetarian and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I really like this brand.

You must to know before consuming…
Ideally, take D3 and K2 in the morning or at midday with a meal containing healthy fats, and take vitamin B6 in the morning as well due to its energizing effect. Vitamin D3 and K2 — Time of day: At breakfast or lunch. How to take them: Always with fatty foods (such as eggs, avocado, or nuts) for better absorption. Why: Taking them during the day mimics the natural solar cycle and avoids the sleep disturbances some people experience when taking them at night. Vitamin B6 — Time of day: At breakfast. How to take it: With a glass of water, with or without a light snack. Why: As an energizing B-complex vitamin, taking it late in the day can cause sleep problems. However, magnesium + Zinc and Omega + vitamin E is recommended to consume after 6:30 pm or 1 or 2 hrs before sleep 😴 For those reasons, I prefer order my vitamins separately.

A great way to cut down on my supplement count
I’m always excited when I find a combo supplement that includes things I actually take every day instead of a bunch of random extras I don’t need. This Magnesium Complex checked a lot of boxes for me.I’ve been taking magnesium glycinate for quite a while because it works well as part of my bedtime routine. I also take vitamins D3 and K2, along with several B vitamins, so I was interested in seeing if I could simplify things a bit and reduce the number of capsules I was taking every day. Not Tripping Balls, but Good Sleep and Vivid Dreams
First, this seems to be effective. My wife and daughter sometimes struggle with getting good sleep. They took just single capsules before bedtime and both reported restful, better sleep. It sort of alarmed my wife that she also had some vivid, but not scary dreams. She did some research on the ingredients and learned they are all good for you. And having better dreams means your brain is recovering and resting even better. Turns out you might not be sleeping well enough for your health if you don’t ever dream. (Forgetting dreams is OK, but hopefully you have them.)This product calls for a three capsule dose, but maybe just a single capsule could improve your sleep too. That would be a serious win and one bottle would get you about nine months of daily use in that case.Sweet dreams y’all.

Helpful supplement to take carefully if you are on other medications
This is a nice supplement, and I do think I can notice a difference in my level of energy since taking these supplements. A daily dose, according to the manufacturer, is three pills (taken with a meal)- so it will take you a few sips of water to swallow all three. The three pills deliver 360mg of magnesium, which is just a bit on the high end of recommendations for women (unless pregnant or breastfeeding). Thankfully, these pills are gluten free, soy free, and vegan, so if you have any concerns about animal products, even the gel caps have no animal protein.Note that magnesium can interfere with the effectiveness of some medications. For example, magnesium supplements are best taken several hours apart from any dose of levothyroxine or antibiotics. This is a good supplement to have, so make sure that you’re getting its full benefit by checking compatibility and timing of ingestion with other medications you may be taking.
