    I’ve been trying to get my homocysteine levels in the normal range for quite a while. After finding this brand and taking it my last lab works showed that I’m finally where I should be! I won’t be trying any of the alternatives anymore. This is working and that’s what I needed.

    So far so good! I got these because I wanted a high dose folate. I like these because you need 2 capsules for the full dose so I can easily take half dose for others in the family who don’t need the 15MG
