Interesting additional supplement, not a one-stop-shop
I’ve gotten much more active in my late-40s and am frequently on the lookout for ways to keep active for the next decades before my body gives out on me. I think that having strong bones and muscles is the cornerstone of that game plan, so this particular supplement is particularly interesting to me. The D3-K2 combo is the gold standard for bone health supplements, so this one is really good and even has the boron that few others include. The softgels are easy to swallow and it comes in packaging that makes me confident of the source purity. What I think was a little weird is that for a supplement that bills itself as being for bone and muscle health, that it doesn’t include any calcium and really minimal magnesium, so you’d have to supplement this with either a calcium supplement or some greek yogurt (this is prob a better choice since it gives protein too). This supplement will definitely help with bone growth, but you have to give it the fuel it needs to work.

Easy to swallow and a great value combo supplement
This is a supplement that is necessary. Most of us need more vitamin D, and pairing with K2 makes it more complete. Look up the effectiveness of the two working together, and how important K2 is. I won’t bother with a D3 supplement without the addition of K2.These capsules are not large at all, which makes them much easier to swallow than larger ones. There’s no odd smell in the bottle or with the capsules individually. I’ve had no bad aftertaste from these, nor have I had any noticeable side effects. It’s difficult otherwise to notice any major effects in a short time, but I see this combo supplement as being the protective, proactive and preventative type.This is recommended for most adults.
