Can’t trust a brand that refused to provide supplement info
This review is for the Iron Bi-glycinate supplements. This supplement has an expiration of April 2029. This brand appears to be based in the US, but there is no indication of where this product is made or where the ingredients is sourced. The brand also does not indicate who the true manufacture is of the supplement. “Distributed by” does not mean the same as made by or manufactured by. I could not locate any third-party or GMP certifications for this brand or this supplement. I contacted the brand and ask for their certification and the brand refused to provide that information. I also found no business address for this brand, a basic website with no phone number information, and conflicting address locations for the brand, which are concerns. Considering the locations that is listed for this brand, it is unlikely, there is a Harvard based team working with this brand.The bottle has only an inner seal on the inside the lid. I would prefer to see supplements have a double seal inner and outer. These supplements are clear smaller sized capsules with an off-white powder inside. There was no smells or loose powder in the bottle. Being a smaller capsule, these are easier to take. Price-wise these are ok, not great, but not overly expensive, depending on what is actually in this.This contains 120 capsules that is supposed to be one daily, meaning a 120-day supply. This is supposed to contain 25 mg of Iron along with high levels of Vitamin C, B6, B12. Folate. I assume this is based on beetroot powder being the base ingredient, however, I am very skeptical this contains the vitamins in the amounts listed from this small capsule. With no COA, I cannot say one way or another.My better half started on iron pills after the doctor indicated she has low iron combined with low blood pressure. Her biggest issue is that iron can cause constipation and she already has digestion issues, so she was looking for an iron supplement that will do what is needed but not worsen her digestive issues.However, this particular supplement has a lack of information to confirm what I am actually getting in the bottle. No certifications, a refusal to provide that information from the brand, questionable website and address information and a supplement fact page that seems a bit unreasonable for a small capsule. Decent ingredients, but where are these made and have they been tested?

Third-party validation is key in confirming a supplement’s quality, potency, safety, and overall effectiveness.

I like this supplement so far, although I’m not sure I’ve been taking it long enough to notice any real day-to-day benefits yet. I can use all the focus help I can get, so I’m looking forward to seeing whether it makes a difference there. One thing I can say for sure is that I haven’t had any tummy issues since starting this. Other iron supplements I’ve tried can leave me feeling bloated or cause other uncomfortable side effects, so that’s a big plus for me. I also like that it can be taken on an empty stomach because I usually remember to take my supplements first thing in the morning, before I’ve had breakfast or coffee. It’s also easy to stick with since you only need one capsule a day. The capsules are easy enough to swallow and there’s no unpleasant metallic taste. Overall, I’m happy with it so far, and I think the one-a-day format makes it a convenient and good-value option.

Ordered these because I struggle with ferritin and iron levels. I’m unfamiliar with the brand but from what I can see, these seem to be a high quality product.I like that they include vitamin C which is known to help iron absorb better. It also includes some B vitamins and folate. All the forms of vitamins are the high quality versions that have great bioavailability – meaning it absorbs and breaks down well for your body to utilize it.It appears to be made in the USA, and claims no artificial flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, or fillers — which is all fantastic.I have a hard time getting my iron up and have started cycles of iron infusions to help, but I’d eventually like to find a good supplement that help me maintain my levels after infusions. It may take months to figure out if this particular supplement is doing much or how much I need – so I can’t give all that information just yet.I’ll report back if I can remember!

The bottle came sealed and well packaged. All the ingredients and intended use are printed on the bottle. I have been taking them for a few weeks now, and I have had more energy. I like that they include other vitamins along with the iron, like Vitamin C, B6, B12, and folate. I have been taking them with food and have had no stomach upset or issues.I also love that they use a vegetable capsule so they are perfect for vegans like myself. The capsules are white with no added dyes or flavoring, which is great since supplements don’t need any of that.You get 120 capsules, which is a four-month supply, so for the amount versus cost, I think they are well worth the price. Plus the fact that my energy levels have improved noticeably is a sign they are effective.

Seems like good quality at a decent price no aftertaste
Only been taking this for a week but no aftertaste and no taste going down. These nature, target iron supplement pills are specifically made for women. They have got good vitamins in them so far they’ve been gentle on the stomach and they’re supposed to provide energy support and I have seem to have had a little bit more energy since taking them I have not had any constipation. You’re only supposed to take one capsule per day, so this is a full four month supply. Good value. I’ll update the review in a few months and let you know if there was any issues.

This is an iron bisglycinate supplement with beetroot, Vitamins C and B6, B12 and Folate (a B vitamin). Regular iron supplements can cause stomach upset and constipation in some people. Iron Bisglycinate is a chelated form of iron that’s supposed to be easier on the stomach and better absorbed by red blood cells. The beetroot is supposed to support cardiovascular health, among other things. 25mg iron in one large capsule and there are 120 capsules in the bottle, a 4-month supply. Good value.
