Good-Sized Pills, but No Big Problems Getting Them Down
As I did not do clinical trials, I will comment only on the dosing experience and not on the effectiveness of the product. Personally, I rarely have problems swallowing pills, and these were no different. These pills are on the larger side, so it did take a good glass of water to get them down. If someone has problems with larger-sized pills, these would most likely be a pass.

Well the price is right, I was taking the Solaray brand magnesium, I compared the two brands by pinching them to see how much give it had, Nature Target didn’t give as much, meaning it was packed more with the magnesium. Not sure about it having 1000mg though, but for now if the priceremains the same, I will continue to purchase.Updat: July 29, 2026, I had the worst muscle spasm last night. That means they’re not that effective. I’ll need to take three.

Nice Magnesium Formula with Added B6 and Vitamin C
I’ve been taking this magnesium glycinate supplement for a few weeks, and so far it seems to be working well for me. The capsules are straightforward to take and have been easy to incorporate into my regular supplement routine.I like that the formula uses magnesium glycinate and also includes vitamin B6 and vitamin C. The capsules seem well made, and I haven’t experienced any issues or unwanted effects while taking them as directed.Overall, my experience with this supplement has been positive. As with most supplements, it can be difficult to judge every benefit after only a few weeks, but it has worked well for me so far and I’m happy to continue using it.
