Easy to use and I noticed faster nail growth
I started using this supplement several weeks ago to see if it would promote hair and nail growth. The capsules are quite large and the serving size is two capsules, so I decided to take this supplement with breakfast in the morning. The capsules do not have much of a smell or taste that I can discern, and the capsules are smooth so they are easy to swallow!Reading the Supplemental Facts on the back of the bottle, I can see that the B vitamin complex is provided in readily absorbable versions, and the amount of biotin is obviously high given this is a hair growth supplement. After several weeks of use, I have not noticed a lot of additional hair growth, but I have noticed an increase in finger nail growth.I believe this product to be of good quality and I can see modest results in nail growth. I was pleasantly surprised and will continue to use this product.

I’ve tried a few supplements like this before, and one thing I really appreciated about these was that they were easy to take and didn’t leave any weird aftertaste afterward. That alone makes it easier to stick with taking them consistently. I’ve been taking these for a little over a month now and have honestly noticed a significant improvement in my nails. They are noticeably stronger, thicker, less prone to breaking, and seem to be growing much faster than before. That alone has made these feel worthwhile for me.I’m also cautiously optimistic about the hair benefits. My hair does seem to be growing faster, although that can sometimes be harder to judge in the short term.The formula includes a lot more than just biotin, which I appreciate, including collagen, keratin, MSM, zinc, and B vitamins. Those B vitamins seem to be improving my energy. I also appreciate that the capsule size is easy to swallow.So far I haven’t experienced any negatives or side effects.
