Easy to add into smoothies
This milk thistle powder is easy to use. I throw 1/2 tsp into my smoothies and don’t even notice it is there. I have also tried mixing it into warm water. It has a nutty taste which was pleasant to drink. When in my smoothie, I cannot detect it’s gritty texture but in water I can. I didn’t mind as it tasted fine. I am excited to incorporate this into my diet regularly for it’s anti inflammatory properties. I think that the price point is good as this bag has 226 servings in it. This 8 ounces of powder is going to last me 226 days! The expiration date for the milk thistle is 4/2021 so I have plenty of time to use it up. I store my bag in the fridge as suggested on the bag. I am happy that the product is organic and contains no additives. Overall, I am very happy with this milk thistle.

This milk this is not overwhelming I hear a lot of comments that it’s nasty The taste is horrible no it’s not it’s not that overbearing I recommend this product it very very tasty it’s not overbearing what I like to do is put them in pill form so I buy the pills and I put put it in there to detox my liver and I tell you the truth for these past two days I’ve been having pain on my side I don’t know that I strained a muscle or it was my liver I don’t know but I may pour pills and I consume for pills and it went away this is I am I was like what no it cannot be you sure nuff because I knew it’s fresh cuz the date on it was 2021 she because when you buy a fresh batch you shouldn’t have a data 2019 or 2020 you should have at least a shelf life of a year-and-a-half and this this this Bay was fresh because when the product is fresh you still got are the components that this plan has and when it’s fresh it does what it’s supposed to do detoxify your liver but did you get one that’s outdated and it’s almost you got five more months for the date to end then it’s not fresh you should be discarded but with this Friday I highly recommend this milk thistle I know I’ll milk issues are supposed to do wonders for your liver is been a known fact but I got to see this is the first time I’m I’m trying this company and I’m very well pleased because I’m a straight forward person when it comes to these type of products! I don’t know company if it’s a by product I will tell you if it’s a bad product I’ll tell you the company that selling it& is a bad Product .stay away from it. , but try it and see for yourself I am very well please with this product

(IT WON’T) Aside from that the product is ground milk thistle seeds, and can be used in a variety of ways.I mainly purchased it for the container. I got this for my dog. It will help with liver detox. She absolutely loves the taste of it. It blend well into her food with a little hot water. Smells a bit nutty. It’s a very fine powder with no unnecessary added inactive ingredients.
