Glad I found this!
I decided to start taking a B-complex vitamin after reading about the potential benefits of one – all of the symptoms that can be alleviated by it were symptoms I had, like moodiness, insomnia, low energy, mild depression-type symptoms, decreased concentration and memory, etc. I had chalked these up to having a toddler with irregular sleep patterns, but in retrospect I’ve had these symptoms for a long time and never could find what the underlying cause was, even with good sleep hygiene, good diet, exercise, etc.I noticed an IMMEDIATE difference in those when I started taking this supplement. I can definitely tell if I miss a dose. I take one tablet first thing in the morning, and I have tons of energy all day long and don’t feel completely wiped out after work like I used to. I’ve never been a “morning person” and have always had a really long lag time before I feel like I’m totally awake…not any more! That’s just amazing to me. I don’t even really need my morning coffee in the morning! I’m quite pleased that it worked for me.I chose Nature Made as I have had good luck with their other supplements (folic acid, iron, vitamin C), in particular the iron supplement. It doesn’t upset my stomach or cause an GI issues as is common with iron. B-complex supplements can cause nausea and stomach upset if taken on a empty stomach, but I have not had that experience with this supplement. IThe only negatives are that they smell a little strange (what vitamin doesn’t, though?) and they turn your pee fluorescent yellow – but a) no one else sees your pee, and b) it happens because they are water soluble and the body excretes any excess that it doesn’t need. It’s impossible to get too much B-complex when taken orally because of that. The pills are small, so you don’t have to choke down some giant horse pill every day. I also like the flip top cap on Nature Made products – so while the lids are NOT child-proof (so keep them out of reach of little ones!), they are convenient for something that is used every day. The caps are easy to open and close with a satisfying click.This size bottle will last a year, too – so great value for the price.

This is a great B-Complex product. The price is right, and the quality is great! I have taken several different forms of B-Complex vitamins and these ones DON’T give me a stomach ache and they don’t get stuck in my throat! I like that they aren’t gell capsules and that they easily disintegrate in water- like they will be doing in your stomach and not causing issues. I have a very sensitive stomach and I am very prone to acid reflux and heartburn… I have not experienced any of these with these supplements! They have been great, and you can buy them in this value size of 360 for a very great price and so you’ll have them on hand for awhile! I also saved extra by signing up for the “Subscribe & Save” program, so they are automatically shipped to me every six months, and in case I don’t need them in six months, I can cancel if I need to!

Great product!
I bought this after looking at several different forms of B-complex (important to have balanced vitamin B and not just a single type). I have a busy life and wanted to maintain my vitamin intake as well as something that would help me maintain my energy levels. I must say that since starting this B-complex, I’ve noticed a change in my energy level. I used to be tired a lot and couldn’t rely on caffeine like my co-workers because I’m caffeine-intolerant, didn’t want the crash afterwards and didn’t want to rely on it. My energy is better and I notice a difference if I don’t take it. It’s also a small pill which is great for me as I take other supplements which are larger in size (and take up more space in my pill box). I’ve attached an image with the dosages of the various vitamins in this pill. I would definitely recommend it to others!

Better than Stress B-Complex
I’m not sure the exact differences, but I’ve gone through 2 bottles of Stress B Complex by Nature Made and find this product is better. I had to take the Stress B-Complex pills for 3 days straight before I felt any impact. The pills don’t give me energy, but instead smooth out my energy for the day, so I don’t fall asleep as hard between meals. I don’t workout, drink coffee, or ‘diet’, but I prefer to get my sleep in all at once so I can function on a 24 hour clock. On the first day of taking this Super B-Complex, I noticed the pills are smaller and that I had a reduced sleepiness the same day I started. (though maybe it’s a placebo effect?) I feel this product is very valuable to my particular body. I can now maintain a more stable energy level throughout the day, and don’t feel the need to flop onto the couch after an 8 hour day at the office. (No, I’m not a salesman for this product, just offering my experience)

Nothing world altering here. They are dry caplets. I actually crush them in a mortar/pestle for use in home made energy drinks. They have a lot of color and some flavor so if you do something similar you will want a strong drink flavor to mix it with. Obviously when used as intended as swallow-able capsules they also work as expected. The difference is mainly in how quickly you absorb it all.

These tablets are small and easily swallowable.This B-complex sports a heavy dose of C (250% DV) and has 100% or more (usually more) of all the B group of vitamins except for biotin (have a serving of almonds, raspberries, or carrots) and pantothenic acid (shiitake mushrooms, avocado, lentils, sweet potatoes). It has no filler, no common allergens, no gelatin, artificial colors, artificial flavors, preservatives, colors with FDA numbers attached, yeast, starch, or gluten. It does have some celllulose, in the forms of cellulose gel and hydropropoxyl methylcellulose.The form of B-12 (250%) on offer is cyanoclobalamin, not methylcobalamin; however, the body can convert cyanoco-etc. into methylco-etc.. That is this vitamin tablet’s only shortcoming, and not enough, in my opinion, to ding it a star. However, if you are looking to support recovery from depression nutritionally, or looking to increase methyl groups in your dietary intake, methylcobalamin is far better. I haven’t found a B-complex on Amazon which contains it, but I like Source Naturals MethylCobalamin Vitamin B-12, Cherry Flavored Sublingual, 1mg, 120 Tablets (Pack of 2) as an additional supplement. (Read the back of the label, possible in the posted photos, on that one.)I dread taking these because of my personal reaction to the odor and taste but do it anyway; someone else may find the smell, much like that of nutritional yeast, rather pleasant.

A wonderful product from a trusted company!
I just got my shipment in today. Yippie! I popped one of these in my mouth, chewed it up, and swallowed it. Don’t do that. It was gross. So yeah, next time I will be taking it with my homemade juice or water (also homemade). I’ve got a ton of energy right now, and I’m thinking really clearly, and I feel great, and I can see through walls now, and… okay, maybe not that last one, but I can tell that this dietary supplement is just what the doctor ordered! Uh, that is if doctors were to do anything besides give drugs to people. I do not eat meat, so I only get B vitamins from nutritional yeast and the occasional energy drink, particularly V6 Blend +Energy or Maroon Steer (I did not know if I could legally say V8 Fusion +Energy or Red Bull, so I changed the names so I couldn’t get sued). Anyway, I will be buying this from now on!
