Makes getting all the vitamins you need easy. Packages are easy to open. May be cheaper to get them individually, but I never take them when I have 4 bottles looking at me. I toss one on these packs in my pocket and at some point throughout the day I remember to take them, so it is working.

So far so good. I started taking these to support GLP1. I’ve been taking these vitamins for a week now and honestly I can feel a major difference. Easy to take , everything is in one package and it’s definitely a must when you’re using GLPs. It provides you all the benefits that you might not be getting on your own. The value is so worth it when they’re on sale! If you purchase at Walmart they average 24. I got mine for half the price on sale here on Amazon 👏

Really works! Take with food and water
I was feeling very very tired and drained on the GLP-1. The same day I took this supplement I felt a huge difference in my energy levels and motivation. Before the supplements I felt unmotivated with no energy. I forgot to take the pack one day and I could feel the tiredness come back. I’m also having a hard time wanting to eat. This replenished vitamins I’m missing. The first time I took the pack I just downed it with water. It really upset my stomach. If I take it with food and water my stomach does not feel irritated at all. The price is great too. Highly recommend!
