Highly recommend, works very well
I ordered this following two pregnancies after experiencing brain fog and memory issues. I am learning multiple languages currently as well, and discovered that my memory recall has gotten a lot better! I have gotten feedback from my tutors that they have seen a change in my ability to retain information, so I would absolutely say it has been effective in boosting my memory and supporting my brain health. There is no taste, they’re easy to swallow, have a pure white color but no chalkiness / residue, but I have noticed diarrhea since having started them. This hasn’t deterred me from continuing on taking them, however. Definitely recommend!

Great supplement
Serving size is 3 pills with a 3 weeks supply in the bottle. I take 2/day (still ~550mg serving) to last me a month and have it auto send monthly. It arrives on time.
