I’m am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements.So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:Good for those looking for vegan alternativesEasy to swallow

A very natural B-Complex
This is an excellent natural B-Complex formula. It is made up of nutrients from fruits, vegetables and other plants. The percentages of the B vitamins are at an appropriate amount, not over whelming and not skimpy. I appreciate the fact that it is so natural and not man made. It’s a healthier way to get your B vitamins and I think all of the vitamins absorb faster and easier in the body. I could probably do without the oil and silica in it but it is okay as it is. This formula is also gluten free, GMO free, and soy free. All things I do not need in my diet. The capsules themselves are smaller, have a slight spice scent and you can swallow them easily. The suggested use is to take one capsule a day after a meal. The bottle has a 30 day supply and at a good price.I usually take this supplement when I am having a stressful day as B vitamins really help with stress. I also take them after I have a large meal as they help digest your meal. As I understand it the B vitamins process your food assisting each nutrient in making sure it gets where your body needs it. Generally you have to be careful not to take B vitamins on an empty stomach or with a really small meal otherwise you will be hungry in no time.When taking this supplement I can feel the difference. I feel good. I am more positive in my outlook, my attitude and in the way I talk. I have good days and I am more productive.I recommend this supplement for anyone who needs the benefits. It’s an inexpensive and natural way to get the nutrients you need.

I thought this was going to be great…
…because the first bottle had no issues. This second bottle has inconsistent ingredients. Some days I get severe Niacin flushing and itching and other days no problem. That concerns me because I don’t know how consistent the other Bs are in dosage. I will look for another. Shame, because I spent days looking for a natural one.

I’ve been having a great deal of trouble taking the more common B complex capsules – due to the smell and the taste. And after learning that most B vitamins are synthetics I decided to look for as natural a blend as possible and one that isn’t super doses either. Saw this TureB product and it looks like it fits my goal for finding a more natural B vitamin product.So far, I’m feeling great on these, and I don’t have any issues with the smell, taste or burping after taking these. I have good, calm energy all day and don’t feel like taking a nap everyday anymore. My mood is improving and I’m feeling like doing more things each day – getting back to living life again.This is only a 30-day supply, so might be a little bit of an expense monthly, but for the improvements I’m feeling – it’s worth it.

I like that these are made mostly from natural ingredients (Mainly from Guava Fruit, Holy Basil Leaf, Citrus Limon Peel, and Sesbania Leaf), and not synthetic like most brands. However, I really don’t like the smell of these capsules. Good thing it doesn’t have any aftertaste. The capsules are regular-sized and are easy to swallow. But I’m not too confident taking these due to the unpleasant smell.Usually my pee turns yellow after a few hours of taking B-Complex Vitamins. This one does the same but delayed. Like if I take it in the morning, the yellowing of urine only happens during evening. Not sure what this means but it is something worth noting.I’m not a big fan of supplements with additives. Fortunately, I can only find one additive which is Silica/Silicon Dioxide. I wish they didn’t include Silica and keep the product as pure as possible. Would I order this again? Unlikely.

This is a wonderful B complex made naturally with whole food ingredients. It also contains methyl b’s (folate and b12). The only downside for me is the mega dose of b12. Some do well with this large amount but it can cause anxiety for me. I am gifting this to my vegan son who appreciates quality vitamins made with natural non animal origin ingredients.
