I was really surprised at how quickly this worked for me. I responded exceptionally well to these ingredients, and this worked much faster than the suggested 30 minutes.I do intermittent fasting, and after 16 hours of not eating, sometimes I eat more than I should. I actually had a slight stomach ache when this debloating powder arrived, so it was an optimal time to test it out. As soon as I opened the jar, the sweet aroma of peach was very noticeable. I mixed a scoop into water, and it tasted truly like fresh squeezed peach juice. There was a slight “wheat” aftertaste, so I added more water and then the taste was just juicy peach. It also mixes a lot better with more water, as it was a little gritty in the 12 ounces I originally used.Within minutes, my stomach ache was gone and my stomach muscles felt relaxed. I felt so much better! I tried it again the next day, before having any sort of issue, just to keep problems away. I don’t think this is for everyday use, so the jar should last quite a while if used only as needed.All of the ingredients in this powder–dandelion root, hibiscus flower, juniper berry leaf, and horsetail extract— are beneficial to reduce bloating and water retention, ease stomach cramps, and help digestion.Not only does this contain prebiotics, but it also has electrolytes and vitamin C.This is a natural, effective way to keep your tummy happy without harsh stimulants. I ordered this Nature Aurora Debloat Powder because several of the ingredients are ones I currently use or have used in the past. The formula contains vitamin C, magnesium glycinate, magnesium chloride, potassium, dandelion extract, horsetail extract, hibiscus extract, nettle leaf, juniper berry extract, and a blend of digestive enzymes.The lot number and expiration date are clearly printed on the bottom of the jar. Based on the expiration date on my container, I estimate approximately 25 months of shelf life remaining. The product is also labeled as Non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-free.Preparation is simple. One scoop is mixed into water, and a scoop is included in the jar. The flavor is described as Peach Mango, and while I can taste those flavors, it is much sweeter than I prefer. The sweetness comes from stevia leaf extract, which has never been one of my favorite sweeteners. The label suggests mixing it into 8-12 ounces of water, but I find it much more palatable in 16-20 ounces of water.For my personal situation, I also find the amount of juniper berry extract to be higher than I prefer. The full serving contains 100 mg of juniper berry extract, so I use only half a scoop and take it only when I feel the need for occasional bloating support rather than as a daily supplement.My biggest concern is transparency. While the ingredient list is extensive, I could not find information regarding GMP certification, third-party testing, a Certificate of Analysis (COA), or the location of manufacture. These are all things I like to see when choosing supplements.Overall, the formula contains several beneficial ingredients and I will continue using the product until it is gone. However, because of the strong stevia sweetness, the amount of juniper berry extract for my personal needs, and the lack of transparency information regarding manufacturing and testing, I would not be likely to reorder this product. For those reasons, I’m rating it 3 stars.
