I especially love that I can take this type of supplement by simply adding it to my daily water, making it very easy to obtain the benefits. No extra calories, no pills to swallow, nothing much to prepare. The bottle is plastic, for what it’s worth, which I suppose makes it safer for shipping. The texture of the liquid is a little thick, so it takes some pulling to get the right amount into the dropper. I wasn’t fond of the scent of this, but I was surprised by how great it tastes! There’s no bitterness when I mix it into water. If anything, there’s a slight, pleasant sweetness. It will be very easy to add this into my wellness routine, and reap the many benefits of Maitake mushrooms.
