I have been taking this product for over a month. I have not been to the doctor to see what my blood levels show, but I have less cramps while using this product. My body would get cramps arms, legs, feet before I started using this. IT has been helpful for that. I also have trouble sleeping with my hashimotos disease and read that I should be taking Magnesium for the cramps and good sleep.I am satisfied with this product.
