An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
I was expecting a hard candy-like lozenge as opposed to a fast dissolving tablet, but I’m hopeful these will help prevent any long-lasting common cold symptoms. I plan to take on a day for the next 60 days and am willing to try another bottle especially with the 50% off coupon.

These lozenges may have prevented colds and flu this past winter, but they do nothing for hay fever. In fact, I think they irritated my throat.

Zinc is so important for your health!
These are great. I read some reviews that mentioned they were too sour. I disagree, they taste wonderful! I have trouble swallowing, so a chewable supplement is required. I do take them with a little food as they are a little hard on the stomach. But as long as I do that I feel fine. Just make sure you aren’t taking too much, as too much is toxic. Do a little research.

I know that Zinc is good for you but I could never get over the awful, metallic taste. Thankfully, Natural Nutra Zinc , LEMON FLAVOR, takes away that objection. I’ve been taking these for a month now. Everyone around me is sick and missing work, but I am not! I will always have these on hand 🙂

This Product’s Acids Are Not Kind to My Interstitial Cystitis
These lozenges don’t upset my stomach, but I cut them in half, so that helps. It irritates my bladder though, so if you have interstitial cystitis, be forewarned. For that reason, I can’t re-order, but if your bladder can handle the acids in the formula, probably from the ascorbic acid/lemon, you may do fine.
