I regularly take methylated b vitamins. I like that these are also liposomal. I like the small yellow capsules. they are easy to swallow. There are no odd odors or smells to this bottle and no tastes/burps when I ingest them. I would get these again as they are comparable to my usual brand. These are made in the Netherlands, which I think is good. I feel good about products coming out of Europe as they have high standards. It just had one single cellophane seal and not an inner seal on my bottle.I hope you find my review helpful.

Good B Complex Supplement
These vitamin B complex supplement capsules are made well and good to me.The smell is nothing to me.The flavor and taste are not much either with me.It’s easy for me to swallow them.It’s a good value for the money to me.I am going to finish them first before I may come back for more comments and more stars later on.

Vegan friendly with all the B vitamins
I’ve been adding more B vitamins to my regular supplement list: b12, b6, more recently b2. I started asking myself why I was taking so many separate capsules when I could get all the b vitamins in one capsule. Hence, this Kala product.The Kala b-complex capsules include 100% of the recommended supplement levels of all my favorite b vitamins plus others I may have needed but haven’t been taking.Kala suggests that I take the capsule with food. They aren’t joking about that. B vitamins are known to be harsh on the digestion, so although I take most of my supplements first thing in the morning, I would never try that with this complex.The product is vegan, with a liposomal format that makes the vitamins more absorbable. Expiration date is two years from now. Great addition to my daily stack.

Excellent choice for Vegans
Kala Health natural B-Complex includes all of the B Vitamins, and only 1 capsule is needed daily. Liposomal delivery also allows for better absorption. No junk fillers, or artificial yuckiness, and these are good for vegetarians or vegans. The producers are located in the Netherlands, and my supplement arrived fresh, shrink wrapped & safety sealed.

Good low dose B-complex
I like that this is a relatively low dose of B-vitamins. I take high dose TTFD, but am getting a b12 blood test soon. I needed to take enough of the other b vitamins to not cause any issues, but still get a fairly accurate reading on the test. This should be perfect for me.I think this supplement would be good for those who likely have enough b vitamins but want to make sure. It doesn’t have high ratios which is good because too much B6 or B12 over a long period, can have the opposite effect.I don’t like that it says it’s liposomal… I feel like that is just a marketing thing because liposomal is trendy. B vitamins are water soluble and I cannot see any benefit in any kind of liposomal carrier. It is rather odd. I didn’t notice that it was liposomal at first, I was mainly just looking at the ratios that I needed. I know that it is a low dose as well because it does not cause any urine color change which higher doses of b2 and b3 will cause. I’m now wondering if this could inhibit absorption.The current price is $29.99.

If you are like me and need to take B vitamin supplements and have trouble finding ones that are well absorbed by your body (for whatever reason), then this supplement may be worth trying. For me, it is clear when I am not getting enough B vitamins as I get bad muscle pain from a B vitamin deficiency, so if a supplement is not well absorbed, I can easily tell how well if is absorbed if at all. Since taking this supplement, I have had no muscle pain and generally feel pretty good.The supplement is a smaller cellulose capsule with a yellowish powder inside. The capsules are in a semitransparent brown plastic bottle with a metal screw on cap. Given that the bottle does let some light in, it is better to store it in a dark place to protect the supplement from light. I did not notice any real flavor or aroma to this supplement and it was quite easy to swallow being that it is smaller than the average supplement. This particular supplement is liposomal, meaning it is encapsulated in such a way as to survive the journey though a person’s digestive system and to a point where it can be better absorbed by the body.For me, this B vitamin complex supplement worked well. In fact, it worked so well that I may make this my go to supplement.
