Helps with stiffness, inflammation
This works well if you have regular inflammation or know in advance you are going to wake up with some pain. Taking it the night before seems to help a lot with waking up without inflammation. There’s a warning about not taking it with blood-thinners so make sure you ask your doctor. The pill itself doesn’t have any funny taste and it’s easy to swallow. I didn’t have any issue with burping or indigestion. Overall I would definitely recommend it for anyone with regular inflammation.

I honestly don’t know. It dries me out, which is a sure sign that it contains actual turmeric. But it never did help with inflammation. I kept trying.

When I received the opportunity to try this product I was happy for the chance as I have chronic pain. Specifically, I have had fibromyalgia for 43 years, and now I also have nerve pain due to multiple spinal fractures from osteoporosis.I have tried quite a few supplements over the years with some success. I even use a couple of the ingredients listed in this supplement but as single supplements.I try not to take too much Tylenol or Ibuprofen or stronger prescription because when one has chronic pain the long term side effects add up.My experience with this InFlamCare is remarkable. I spent my morning deep cleaning my kitchen and making lunch (our main meal of the day). By the time lunch was ready I was in considerable pain, at least a 6 all over.I literally received my shipment right before lunch was ready and felt like it was perfect timing for testing this stuff out!I took two capsules and then sat down to eat. By the time lunch was finished I was, surprisingly, already having a reduction of pain. By the time an hour had gone by the pain was at a tolerable 3 and continues to hold.I am quite impressed by this product! All of these ingredients are generally safe for most people. Read their own description for exceptions.I am really happy to add this to my pain “tool box” and recommend that you give it a try.

I didn’t have any women-specific vitamins, so I requested this product. I take one capsule a day, only because I don’t like to over-supplement. The label says you can take up to two or four per day. The label also says to consult your physician if you have any pre-existing conditions, as it could interfere with medications. I take no medications, so I have no problem taking this supplement. I like the ingredients in it: ginger root, willow bark and turmeric. See a full list of the ingredients in my photo. I have had no side effects taking this, and I expect that with extended use, it will give me some benefits. Good price for this too… the capsules are easy to swallow, and it seems to be a high quality item. You would probably have to pay for some similar supplement at a vitamin specialty store.

I’m really hoping these work to help my body lower the inflammation. They say inflammation is the root cause of all illnesses. I’ve been having some weird stuff going on with my joints and I’m omitting sugars and processed foods out of my diet because I have never felt joint pain like I am recently. I’m hoping this on top of eating my healthy will help the inflammation go down. I’m on my second week taking these. The pills are medium size and not as large as some. The flavor isn’t too funky. And you gotta take 4 to get the benefits mentioned.
