Sticky,but helps.
This resin is super sticky so you want to be careful when using. It does dissolve easily in my tea. The flavor is bearable . The health benefits of this is freaking amazing, do your research on it first before usage. Worth the purchase and price.

Unpleasant taste
I don’t know what I was expecting, but the taste of this is unpleasant. I need to add it to a strongly flavored beverage to mask the taste or I wouldn’t be able to drink it. I’ve been mixing it up and adding it to my breakfast smoothie.It’s hard to say yet if it does anything for me. I haven’t felt run down or tired in the morning the past several days, but it could be that starting my day with a fruit smoothie instead of a granola bar is a factor as well. Idk. Still giving 5 stars because it seems to be exactly what it says it is. It just not might be the thing for me. Comes in a cute little bag with an info card.

It seems that it has amazing benefits but the taste….
I’ve read that Shilajit has great health benefits and that the quality of this product is just as good as more expensive products. However, I just cannot get past the taste. It has a very specific taste that really stays with you. Almost indescribable. I did not try it with OJ as others recommended but maybe I will.

Finally found a LEGIT good quality Shilajit product
This stuff taste horrible, but the benefits are so worth it.Yes this stuff is definitely messy, ( after doing some digging and research I found out that’s how you know it’s actually; organic and higher quality.). I put mine in the refrigerator to help it from getting so messy and gooey.It took about a month before noticing results, so do be patient with it.

Seems to live up to its claims, but can’t say I know if there’s anything harmful included
This has been my first time trying Shilajit and I personally don’t know anyone who’s tried it prior. I went in with fairly high hopes and this stuff does indeed seem to deliver on everything. Mental clarity, a sustained energy boost, and better rest. It seems like it’s working a miracle, and I don’t doubt that this black tar is packed with nutritional value out of this world (it’s decomposed plant matter after all). My concern lies in what ELSE is packed in here. Metals? Carcinogenic stuff? Minerals that just can’t get absorbed by the body? I’m not a researcher and can’t find out for myself if it’s truly safe to take, but it does indeed boost my physical performance in almost every aspect.
