    Works as Advertised

    This product works as advertised. It tastes like salty berries which I understand because of the Mg. It does have a nice calming effect. The taste is the only reason it is not getting five stars from me!

Effective even when the “no screens at least 30 minutes before bedtime” is not adhered to. Deeper sleep and positive behavior upon awakening.
