It is effective and I’m so glad I found it.
So I take 3 pills twice a day. It took a month to see results but I have been able to take half doses of my pain meds and that is huge for me. I tried to cut it down to 2 curcumin pills twice a day but that caused the inflammation in my body to come back, so I’m back to 3. Be patient when you start off, but I hope that this works as well for everyone as it does for me:)

I started taking this about 2 years ago – the ingredients work together. I know this because I bought them separate and they are not effective, together they are VERY effective. This supplement got me off C elebrex and Motrin 800mg that I was taking daily. I highly recommend this to everyone.

Works great to bring down Inflammation
My mom was told by another lady who had the same issue as she did (knee arthritis with swelling because she had lost all cartilage between her knee joint). I ordered it for my mom and only after by the end of the first days she began to get some relief. As the days went by she felt better relief. Day 4 level of relief was her maximum relief. She still had stiffness but she was not agonizing as much anymore. After a scan or. Ray drs where able to see that’s this 20 year old problem w/o her treating or taking care of her self by committing to life long restrictions caused her to not o Ku loose all cartridge between her knees but also both knees had worn out bones. Anywho, she was only taking while she waited a few months (was originally 7 month wait) for knee surgery which is having in a couple of days. To enhance her feeling good we added collagen w/ hyaluronic acid plus additional HD for higher potency. We bought the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides ORIGINAL formula (the one with the seaweed) and Jarrow as well another brand on amazon for the HD to see which she like best due to her gastritis. This added to her feeling better. The sensation and mobility became much better. We then added liquid silica which made a huge dig for her. It loosened her stiffness and she was able to walk . Now she did not keep to her promise and got excited and started walking for long time carry lot of heavy things for her and staying up and running around the house for a good 4 hrs at a time. It was excessive and eventually after a few months she began to get a bit worse as she worsened her knees. Remember they knees where scraping bone to bone within the joint. All in this product helped with the inflammation part of it. Now keep in mind the Ingredients and remember turmeric thins the blood and the frankincense in it (Boswellia) May cause stomach upset nausea o even reflux or diarrhea.
