I was having a lot of disturbing episodes of burst veins and bruising when I purchased Natural Factors Citrus Bioflavonoids 650 mgs with Hesperidin. Normally very sensitive to medications and changes in nutrition, I started taking one capsule a day (instead of the recommended three) and didn’t see much difference. So I upped to two each morning and the bruises not only healed very quickly (within three days) but I am no longer seeing new bruises nor having new burst veins and blood vessels. I am giving this product five stars because it is doing what I bought it for, and I will continue to purchase.

Make sure you aren’t taking other meds that could conflict with the hesperidin..
I purchased the bioflavonoids supplement to combat recent bruising. Because it contains hesperidin, which can act as a blood thinner, and if you are currently taking anticoagulants in the form of prescription drugs or herbal supplements (like gingko biloba, turmeric, garlic & ginger, etc.,) it can cause negative result. Do your research if you are taking any of these. Also, take with meals and split your dosage to keep a a steady dose in the bloodstream.
