    Great quality and right amount of vitamins

    There may be very, very many different reasons for using B vitamins. I wanted a product which- has not got loads of vitamin amount per pill. More is not better. Our body cannot tolerate super amounts of Bs- has the methylated form of B9 and B12 (NOT folic acid or cobalamin), which can be better absorbedAnd this is it, this is the product (as far as B9 and B12 are concerned). Also, the product has no unnecessary fillers, so overall is high quality
