Good product but can cause cramps in some
I’ve used these off & on over the years & they work well, but I’m a senior now & maybe it’s my age, but they tend to cause stomach cramps with me now. I don’t think the formula is any different but I am, HAHA! So, just know they will probably work for you but start slow with just one pill.
