    Had bad reaction to this

    I’m not sure if it helped with stress or not. It did cause a lot of problems with my eyes. Initially, I started it then was a bit lazy about taking it. I developed a burning red patch of skin under one of my eyes. Then the skin under both eyes, and my eye lids became super dry and felt like sand paper. One eye swelled shut. I went to urgent care, dermatologist, and my primary dr. No one had a clue. Meanwhile, since I was sporadic about taking this, it would calm down a bit, then start to get worse again. I went on vacation and didn’t take it for 10 days. My eyes entirely cleared up. When I got home, I took it for 2 days and my eyes swelled shut and the skin was burning and red again. I’m not sure what ingredient in this I’m reacting to but it’s caused 2 mos of nightmares with my eyes! Watch for reactions.

    I ordered this ‘Natura Health Products – Up-Lift’ to hopefully use for an occasional ‘pick me up’ of sorts. I’m familiar with a number of the ingredients in this supplement, and I knew they would be helpful.As I mentioned, the ingredient list of this ‘Natura Health Products – Up-Lift’ is impressive. Both the tyrosine and the fu ling mushrooms are great for natural mood enhancement as I have read many times. And the dosages of B-12 and B-6 are great. And I do like the fact the capsules are all natural with very little fillers.After taking this ‘Natura Health Products – Up-Lift’ for a few days, I did notice a slight difference in my mood..which is exactly what I wanted. I didn’t want to see an pronounced change in my demeanor, and I did not get that. I just felt more relaxed and somewhat happier to a degree. So they do have an effect.But what I don’t like about this ‘Natura Health Products – Up-Lift’ is the price. Even though this supplement does seem to ‘lift my spirits’ , as they say, I think it’s honestly way overpriced for what it does. There are other options out there that will provide similar results for a lot less $$$.So, in summary, this ‘Natura Health Products – Up-Lift’ does do what it advertises to a degree. It has a good ingredient list and is natural which is a definite plus. But the high cost just prevents me from recommending it.

    These things are fairly good at what they say they will do – they actually work!The bad part is there is a huge penalty – excessive dehydration. I am not sure what ingredient in them is responsible for this, but I would recommend you buy the ingredients separately .The other downside is the size of the pill. It is gigantic. My esophagus is only 6 mm so I cannot swallow this, so I made a tea out of it to see what it taste like. It resembles chamomile tea – not bad at all.In conclusion I feel the side effects do not outweigh the benefits of this supplement. The bottle also says to take 3 per day – YIKES!!!- 1 star for dehydration- 1 star for cost
