The capsules are relatively easy to swallow and have no taste or odor. The price point is reasonable. I have been taking nattokinase for many years now and think it’s a good supplement for some people – do some research to see all the benefits.

easy to take and tolerate
I take nattokinases in lieu of eating natto, which I cannot find easily in the U.S. This is a far more palatable way to get the same enzymes. The capsules are easy to swallow and I didn’t experience any stomach upset or changes in gastrointenstinal habits after taking these. They don’t have a taste or smell. They’re a bit on the premium side and not as economical as some other options, but they are high potency.

It’s way too early to speak on the effectiveness of this product, but given how well-produced this is, if any Natto supplements do anything, this one will.I deeply appreciate it being made in the US, being third-party lab-tested, and in a cGMP-certified and NSF-certified facility. I’m taking Nattokinase for cardio health. I am trying to take 10,000 FU per day and these 2000FU per capsule nattokinase require 5 to hit my daily goal. I have had no negative effects. Hope this is doing some good…

Easier to take the healthy nutrients of natto
I liked buying fresh natto from my nearest asian market, tasted great. This supplement was great for me as I can still get the healthy benefits of natto without buying the fresh ones (which should be consumed very soon). These I can have around longer and take them whenever I need.
