I got this for my mom. She has suffered a lot over the past few years with different issues. She’s been taken a lot different medication. After her recent follow up, we found that her blood pressure and lipid profile were not great and it is frightening to think she would have to go on yet more meds. Rather than take one more prescription we decided to try plant sterols and natto we have only got the natto so far and she has been using it every day, morning at the same time for over a month. We heard that natto is good to clean out the arteries of fibrin build up, but it’s a whole process to take fresh natto everyday. So this was an easy way to help reduce Bp. We have one at home BP tester, and we have logged it every few days. We are both really happy to report that after only one month her bp has trended down to slightly above normal range, which means a drop of over 20 points. Another unintended benefit has been that her hand and feet’s are not as cold as their where before.Highly recommend them. These are quite strong. My mom is 69 and she has no issues when taking them with food in the morning, but we read that if you are taking blood thinners you might have to check with your doctor.

en complementPour un dosage entre 6000 et 14000 fu par jour .Personnellement je prends 6000 fu le matin et 4000fu le soir comme ce n’est pas là même marque de Nattokinase .Avec celle ci il me semble que ca fonctionne. Les températures étouffante mon obligé a ajuster le dosage .Pas d’ effet placebo car mon problème et cardiaque/artériel .Livré rapidement contenant operculé +grand que nécessaire.
